Services
Bookworms provides book design and layout services for publishers and authors. The scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are agreed upon in writing before any work begins.

Payments
All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. For monthly subscriptions, payment is due at the start of each month. For custom projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.

Revisions
The number of revisions included will be defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials (manuscripts, images, branding elements) in the agreed formats and within the agreed timeframes. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery schedules.

Copyright & Usage
Bookworms retains the rights to design concepts and templates created during the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain the copyright to their text and provided materials.

Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Work already completed cannot be refunded.

Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, Bookworms is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including printing errors caused by changes made after final approval.
