When you can ask for a refund

We stand behind our work and strive to ensure every client is completely satisfied with our services. If you are not happy with the work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the files to discuss adjustments or a refund.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the project and the work already completed. In most cases, we will first offer revisions to address any concerns.

Refunds are not available once the final files have been approved and delivered, as you will already have received the complete InDesign package with all necessary materials.

To request a refund, email us at welcome@bookwormsdesign.com with your project details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 24h on business days.
